  I just bought a premium wordpress CSS template. How do I upload this theme to replace or create a new blog on WordPress after paying the required credits?

  Hi, there. Themes can not be uploaded to wordpress.com blogs. You can alter the CSS of an existing theme; the CSS upgrade is required for that.

  What part of “themes can not be uploaded” did you not understand? And if you want help with your blog, you always need to provide a link.
