Uploading custom HTML folders

  Is it possible to upload a custom HTML folder (including custom CSS and Javascript) using WordPress? Do we need to use a separate domain? Do we need a paid plan? Which is the minimum level plan for this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello

  It is not possible to upload custom code (outside of some customized CSS) to WordPress.com. In order to do what, you’ll want to look into a self-hosted WordPress site (also called WordPress.org).
