Uploading custom site to WordPress from Dreamweaver

  I was wondering if it’s possible to have an entirely custom web site (blog) uploaded to wordpress from dreamweaver. No themes, no custom themes. I’m talking writing the html, css and javascript from scratch and then going through myphpadmin and uploading the site to wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not even the VIP program (starting around $ 30,000/year) can do that – so no – also no FTP access
