Uploading Custom Theme

  Hello! I upgraded to a premium WordPress thinking that I could upload a custom theme but it doesn’t look like I am able to do that. Is there a way I can upload a theme without self-hosting or do I need to have premium WordPress and host my site somewhere?

  A theme can’t be uploaded and installed on a WordPress.com hosted site even with the Premium plan. However, there are a lot of themes already available that you can activate. Also, with the Premium plan, you can use custom CSS to change the look of the theme.

  If you decide to host your site elsewhere, you can cancel the Premium plan and receive a refund if it’s within 30 days of purchase.
