uploading customer documents

Does wordpress offer the ability for me to have some type of portal for my customers to upload documents? This would include PDF, excel, word, images, etc. The documents would be sent to my company email.

On a free site you can do this by adding a Jotform contact form to your site – that form allows attachments to be included with a form:
