uploading downloaded theme

  i am trying to upload a theme i downloaded from a separate site and i do not see the add new button to upload the theme

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You aren’t able to upload custom themes here. You can select themes from the Theme Showcase.
