Uploading / Downloading blog content on FTP Client Server

Hello,
I am a newbie here. I just created my first free blog on WP and using an FB page to promote it. I wanted to use the features of facebook pixel /conversion tracking code so that I can put in the tracking code on my WP site. To facilitate this, I downloaded Filezilla client and it requires Hostname, Username, Password to connect to the server. Its only after connecting with the remote server that I will be able to paste my tracking code.What will be the Hostname, Username, Password? I’ve heard it comes with Web hosting package but here i am just using the free blog from WP. What do I do to get this information. Thanks!
