Uploading Files

  I have added a user to this blog and gave her Editor permissions as I want her to be able to upload files. She can do this fine but when viewing the blog the file is not “clickable” I tried it under my administrative permissions without a problem. Is her permission level inabling her file to be “clickable”?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, when she is inserting the image, she has to make sure to click the “file URL” button before clicking the “insert into post” button. WordPress will remember that choice and all future inserts will be linked to the original file until she would change it.
