hey i try to upload theme first time as i am a new user but i got this error

(Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server)

can you help me hoe can i upload theme

@mianwaseem20 – it sounds like you need help with a self-hosted site. As Jeremey explained above, we can’t help with self-hosted sites. We only help with sites hosted here at WordPress.com. You should check out the WordPress.org support documentation and forums:

selfhosted or not – here is something you can try.
Check the permission of your .htaccess file. The owner should have rwx permission on it.
This file is hidden for good reason. You can find it on the root of your wp folder. If you use permalink, then this file needs to have the correct permission. Start with lower permission and move up, till you get it working.

By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

I’m just trying to help people, I know the frustration it caused me maby the org users desperation or empathy brings them here as it did me…

Notice I led them back to org…
