uploading files for set up of word press

I have webspace on lycos. http://members.lycos.co.uk/devided/
I did change the wp-config-sample.php file..just as directed
I use cuteftp program to upload the wordpress files
When I look in my directory..I see the word press files.
then i open the browser and go to : http://members.lycos.co.uk/devided/wp-admin/install.php
when I do this, it says page can not be found…
I have tried to resolve this for weeks now.
I have gotten no where..
can you please help, what am i doing wrong?thank you for your help

You’re in the wrong forum. We provide support here only for wordpress.com hosted bloggers. We run on different software than the software you downloaded from wordpress.org
