  I would like to upload files to my WordPress site using an FTP client but I don´t know what is the FTP direction and the FTP directory.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to sites hosted by WordPress.com. Using the “Add Media” button this support doc tells you what is permitted:-
