uploading flickr photo to image header

  when i am trying to make a custom image header by uploading from flickr i cant figure out how. my blog is linked to flickr. i see a browser button that allows me to get pic from computer; i dont want that. if i clcik upload nothing happens. what if i go to flickr and use BLOG this..where will the photo appear. and i guess i could try right clocking on photo and copy image location and click on header. those are my thoughts ; what is the REAL way!

  hotlink a bad idea.
  Rightclick on the image in flickr and download to your machine, then upload.
