uploading free theme

  When I try to upload the theme I have chosen (Shapely) the message error says: destination folder already exists. Installation failed.

  box2107.temp.domains/~jennywr5/ was created with WordPress.org software and appears to be hosted by Unified Layer (not WordPress.com):
