  I keep on uploading my image/gravatar and the site can’t. I dunno why.. help please?? thanks!:)

  Can you clarify the issue that you experience when trying to upload your Gravatar from http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/profile.php ?

  Does no work for me, either! When (on the profile page) I click Change your gravatar I just get an empty white field. Pasting or dropping a new image does not work. What am I doing wrong?

  Maybe you should go to http://www.gravatar.com and upload your avatar from there, it worked from me. I tried to upload it directly from my profile editing page too, but it doesn’t work.

  I can’t change my Avatar either. Uploaded my photo quite some time ago and I have never been able to change it. Just like “ptmasw” in the previoust post.

  I came here just to post about the same issue!

  And it’s not just the gravatar. If I try to change anything in my profile page I get a white screen after I click on “Update Profile”.

  I can’t change my gravatar, my nickname or my password.

  This has been going on for weeks for me.

  @vinniec, go to http://en.gravatar.com/ while you are logged into wordpress, go to “my account at the top of that page and select “add an image” and upload your gravatar there. It seems to work every time from there. Note that it may take an hour or so for it to show up as it propagates through the wordpress servers.

  @thesacredpath, thanks for the tip. That’s worked for me too.

  I got “Please close this window if it does not close automatically”, I’ll contact support about that one.

  Thanks >strong>overdoc, your advice worked! That’s the way to do it, and you can upload several images to choose between… Expect some delay, though, before you can see the change.
