uploading header

  Hi there,

  I had a header custom made for me, and I have the file in a PDF format. I try to upload it, and it says “crop and publish.” When I click on it, then it says to try again later. I’m not sure what the problem is – can you help?

  You can only use .jpg, .gif, and .png file types for your custom header image:

  Can you please convert that file and try uploading it once more?
