uploading header images

    Hi, trying to create my wordpress blog, but having big trouble. Ugh. I chose the twenty eleven theme and have been trying to upload a photo from my computer to use as my header photo. It isn’t working. It keeps telling me (for the past SIX hours) that the image cannot be processed, go back and try again. Ugh. I’ve tried many different photos. I even downloaded Picasa 3 and tried changing the pixel to 1000X288 myself, but that didn’t work. Help! Thanks!

    Is the image a JPG/PNG/GIF image? Only those image formats are supported.

    If it is, can you please try to go to Media->Add new in your dashboard and try to upload the image there? Please write back when you have, or if you encounter any problems with that.
