uploading header in wp3

  Hi my header looks fine on computer and is 940 x 198, when I upload it, it is not visible and i see a blank screen. I tried both jpeg and gif and my browser is ie8.
  The link to the site is http://www.alexandraanaesthetists.com.
  Please can anyone suggest something I can do?

  If you look at your site and then try to open your header image separately, you’ll notice that your web server is preventing people from loading it.
