Uploading HTML – Plans

    Hi! At present I have the free WP wordpress. However, I do not have acces to uploading the Google search console on my page. Will upgrading it to Personal Plan offer me the option of inserting a plugin. Please help. I am really not good at all this but have been hunting and pecking on google on how to help my website get clicks and visibilty. Also will WP host me or do I need to get a separate hosting platform. Thanks a lot
