Uploading image problem

  I’m trying to upload an image. I choose the file from my desktop, when it gets to the crunch bit the message comes up below

  Unable to create directory /mounted-storage/home108b/sub007/sc27136-HEAY/www/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  I am aware of changing the permissions on my FTP server but which file do i change?

  Can anyone help
