WordPress.com is a turnkey operation with support documentation found here http://support.wordpress.com that explains how to upload images and videos as well as everything else. All it takes to follow the instructions is good English reading comprehension skills..
The only themes we can use are here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and there is Staff support for the CSS editing.
However, but if you think you will get the full services that professional consultants provide for between $500 – $1,000 per site by posting a list of to-dos, walking away and returning when they have done for you then that’s not going to happen.
