Uploading images

  I’m trying to upload an image to my media library from my computer but when I click ‘upload files’ I’m not taken to my windows explorer and nothing else happens. Help!

  Can you tell us the URL of the site where this is happening?

  Does clearing your browser cache or using a different browser make any difference?

  Hi, thank you for your response and questions.

  The url is debbieosborn.wordpress.com. I haven’t used an alternative browser but I can upload using the same browser (Edge) and without clearing the cache to my normal website debbieosborn.co.uk which uses a WP theme. So would that make a difference?

  Yes, the site debbieosborn.co.uk is using the free WordPress software, it’s not the same as WordPress.com.

  There are no errors on your site so it’s probable that it’s a browser issue. If you could check if another browser works fine, we’d make sure that’s the case.
