Uploading Images

  Hi! I’ve been having trouble uploading images since two days ago, whether high or low resolution. It’s the first time I encountered this problem.

  ‘Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.’

  I’ve tried less than 2500 pixels but still it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it at different hours, night and day, just in case the ‘server is busy’. As for space, I’ve only used up around 23%.

  I hope someone could advise me what else to do.

  Hi @jellybeanbrits, I noticed you uploaded a large PNG today. Did you still need help?

  For that particular image, and generally speaking for photographs or photo-like graphics, I’d recommend saving as a JPG rather than a PNG file. It’s pretty big as a PNG. That may resolve the issue if you’re still struggling.
