Uploading Images

Hello, I tried to add some photos to my blog post yesterday and I was not able to do that. When I click the upload button, nothing happens. I can’t seem to find anywhere where this is addressed. I never had an issue with this before so this is a little confusing.

Are you able to upload your photos to your Media library directly (not while editing a blog post) as in this guide?

Hi thank you for replying. Yeah I was trying to add them to my post but button didn’t work (worked fine for adding gifs thought).
I actually tried both and neither worked. I figured maybe I can upload the images and then later add them to a draft post but nope, same results. -
Thank you for those details. I am curious if something has changed with your network. Is there an error message or any other behaviors you can describe?
It certainly won’t hurt to go ahead and reboot your internet network. I would also try restarting your device. Let’s see if these simple steps make any difference.

As far as I know nothing on my network has changed but I will certainly give them a try.

Hi there,
To me, this sounds like it may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser and attempting to upload or even clearing your browser’s cache?
Try either of those options and let us know if you have any success.

I cleared my cache and history but nothing changed. So I did the previous step you suggested and restarted my MacBook and it worked! Thank you so much for your time and help.
