Uploading images error

Dear,
I’m working with the reverzo theme (themeforest) and have two difficulties at the moment.
It’s very hard to upload images into my portfolio section (Jpeg images in lowest size possible for purpose) most images give me an error frame at the right and for some images after trying several times it works suddenly.
The error frame sounds something like this:Error ‘the file name’
HTTP errorFurther I haven’t finished my website yet and if I go and take a look to it, I find it quit slow. How can I make it faster. There is not a lot of information on it, it’s not even finished at the moment, still it is very slow?

We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs like yours.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
