Uploading images / text

    All of of sudden for the past 2 days, my site will not accept any media uploads. I’m on Safari, on a MacBookPro. I’ve been writing on this site for 10+ years with no problems. The response on the media page says ‘Post-processing of the image failed because server is busy or not enough resources.’ This is also happening on my other WordPress site of only 3 years ‘piscesartwork.wordpress.com’. Thank you for any help.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you’re having issues. Would you mind trying the following steps to see if you still get the same results?

    * Clear the browser cache. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
    * Try temporarily from a different browser.
    * Try connecting to a different internet connection and see if the upload works.

    If you’ve followed all of the above and still getting the error message, please take a screenshot of the page on which you see the error message and upload it to https://wordpress.com/media – we can then check your media library to see the error messages.
