Uploading Issues

Hello – I’m having trouble uploading a video file to my websites’ media files.
It continually tells me there’s an unexpected response from the server.
The file is in mp4 format, and is 84mb large, well under the 525mb limit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -
Hi @rglbrc, could you clarify which site you need help with? Our limits apply to sites hosted on our servers, or sites using our services (like VideoPress, but I can’t see that you’ve purchased that with this account.)
If you’re uploading directly to a self-hosted WordPress installation, you’ll want to check in with the host on this. They may have different limits or may need to make adjustments for you.

The site in question is buildingrestoration.com, honestly i do not know if it’s hosted on WP servers or not, I just started in my position.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DeamHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
