  When I try to add a logo to my site, it goes to the crop image page. When it goes there, my image/logo isn’t there. What do I do?

  When you use WordPress.com Customizer (https://wordpress.com/customize/identity) to add your logo, it should ideally allow you to upload your logo and when it’s uploaded it will ask you if you wish to crop the image or not crop the image.

  The Crop image button will allow you to crop the image while the Skip cropping button will allow you to skip cropping.

  When you say this, are you on the cropping page and you do not see the image to be cropped/not there?

  Please clarify if that is the case and we can debug it further. It also helps to check if the uploaded image is available on your WordPress.com Media Library. https://wordpress.com/media Let us know if you see the uploaded image here.

  Yes. When I am on the cropping page, it is completely blank. There is not an image there
