Hi… thanks. It was uploading new pics into my gallery that wouldn’t happen, sorry I didn’t express it clearly. I used two photo’s already in my gallery on that blog. Will try again later to see if problem is still there. Thanks for reply ‘happiness engineer’… xx

Dang, I was hoping it was all sorted! Well let me know if your re-attempt works out. When you do try, would you let me know which browser you use and if that fails could you try another browser and see if that works (and also if you haven’t restarted your computer recently, you might want to do that too!)?

Hi Marilyn,
We actually recently discovered that there was an issue with Internet Explorer 9. It looks like in the earlier messages to me that you wrote in using that browser. If you can upgrade it or can use a different browser I think you’ll find that it will start working. Here’s a site which will give you links to all of the most recent releases of the common browsers:
And yes, you can give Gravatar access to your blog. We are all one company so it isn’t any security risk! :)
