Uploading Media

  I previously was able to effortlessly upload media to my blog on WordPress (www.sodangfun.com) however currently am unable to upload any new media (photos or pdf files from my computer). It just shows a quick gray box that drops down and back up. Please help!

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
