When trying to upload images chrome developer tool shows

and the result of the upload image using size 1200x628px throws error message
The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

  • Hi,

I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Take a look and let us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

I have the hosting with godaddy. I have figured out that for some odd reason it allows uploads of images smaller than 115KB

my wp memory limit is set to 256M

  • You should contact GoDaddy and ask them to raise that limit and make any other necessary arrangements to your hosting plan configuration.
