Hey there! There are a few ways I know of to do it.
One way is, once you’re logged in and viewing your dashboard for the site, click on “Pages” or “Blog Posts” on the menu on the left (depending on where you want to insert the image) to see your existing pages and posts. Click the page or post you want to insert the brochure into and it’ll take you to the editor screen for it. Once you’re there, you can drag the brochure file right into the editor window of your post or page and it will upload it for you (see all accepted file types for media here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/).
You can also insert files on this editor screen via the button that allows you to add media (images or documents). It’s a little image icon right next to the “Paragraph” formatting dropdown.
To just add media to the library itself (without doing it by editing the page or post first and applying it directly to that): Once you’re logged in to your dashboard of your site, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you should see a link on the menu on the left that says “WP Admin”. Clicking this will take you directly to the actual original WordPress editor, rather than using the simplified, new editor. When you get there, you’ll see a link that says “Media” on the left that you can then hover over to add new media right into the library. This menu will look like this the first image shown on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-editing/
You should be able to also bypass their new editor and go straight to the original editor by going right to: http://crandallbuildingslc.com/wp-admin and logging in from there.
Hope this helps.
