  how to upload a theme. Giving ‘Problem installing theme: initiate_transfer_error’ message when uploading the zip file.

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that you were having trouble uploading a theme. Could you unzip the theme file on your computer and check if there’s another zip file within? A lot of times, the theme zip file you download contains more than the theme, so you need to unzip the file on your computer and upload the correct zip file that contains only the theme.
