  I am trying to upload mp3 files and getting stuck.

  Hi Marjorie, I see that you have the space upgrade, so that is a good step. I also see that you’ve loaded MP3s in the past. Are you getting an error message? At what point are you getting stuck? Last question: Are you following the steps listed here:

  Working With Audio

  I finally figured out that my wi Fi at home was too slow, although I have uploaded from there in the past. I was able to accomplish the task from another location. Thanks for responding
