Uploading my logo jpeg file

    I tried to upload my logo image which is 512 pixels but the site is not accepting my upload.. HTTP error is being shown.. Why is this happening?

    Hello @bbsrealtor,

    I am also not sure what causes this, but you can try this workaround:

    If you’re using Windows:
    1. Open the image using MS Paint.
    2. Go to File.
    3. Then click Save As.
    4. Save with a different file name, so you can easily identify the new one.
    5. Then re-upload.

    If you’re using Mac:
    1. Open the image using Preview.
    2. You may want to double check the size, by going to Tools, then Adjust Size. Make sure that it’s not a too big file. I always keep mine at 72pixels/inch minimum or 150pixels/inch maximum.
    3. Go to File.
    5. Select Export.
    Save with a different file name, so you can easily identify the new one.
    6. Then re-upload.

    In my experience, this seems to be an issue of uploading big files. Normally, reducing the file size (not the dimension) fixes it.
