Uploading my own theme

  I’m trying to upload my own theme to wordpress.com.. is this something I can do? or do I have to use wordpress.org

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com you’ll not able to upload your own theme or plugin, to do that you’ll need the WordPress.org.
