Uploading my own theme in appearance

  Hi,
  I want to know, how i can upload my own theme in choose theme section so that anyone can use my free theme also.
  I am a web designer and wanted to show my expertise in wordpress.

  Well, if i was you, I would just post it on a free wordpress theme page, as WordPress.com won’t let you upload anything. There are thousands of cool and beautiful themes out there to use – but WordPress.com has for some reason chosen the most boring ones to be used in WordPress.com blogs.
