  If you are talking about https://kowshik24.wordpress.com (an empty WordPress.com site with no activity for the last four years) you can choose to activate one of the 380 free or Premium themes found here https://wordpress.com/themes . You can upload themes found elsewhere but only by upgrading to the Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/
