    Hi @adstoner,

    Are you looking to upload a custom theme that you created?

    WordPress.com offers tons of themes that are ready to use, just to make life a little easier. They include customization options to change the colors, backgrounds, layouts, and header images.

    Only Business plan users can upload their own custom theme to their blog via the Appearance feature. Here is some additional information on that topic.
