  At this moment I am like a fish out of the water.
  I am spending to much time trying to work out how every thing fits into place. I have two questions for you?
  1. Is there any step by step instructions one can follow as a newbie?
  2. I upload an image and it does not come up Why

  Regarding your picture, it looks like it wasn’t inserted into the post itself. Could you try inserting it by clicking on the Add Media button and following this guide?
