  Hi there! It looks like you have the ‘Contributor’ access for http://designer.iceyarns.com/. Contributors cannot upload files – there’s more information about this in our User Roles guide.

  If you’d need to have uploading capabilities, I’d possibly suggest contacting the owner of the site so that they can change your role to one which does enable uploads; for example the Author role!
