  i try uploading my theme but what i get is error, please how can i upload it successfully?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot upload a theme if you’re on the Free Plan. Therefor you need at least a Business Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
