uploading of vertical banner in wordpress site

Hi, I need to upload a vertical banner in both sides below the menu bar of my site. should be seen in all pages. suggest me how to do this. which plugin is safe. thanks

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

Hi, my site is http://www.motorindiaonline.in and http://www.indiantextilemagazine.in – both work with wordpress. I want to change my sites theme to a more user friendly theme. The present site has been customised from parent theme Monograph. we have a lot of coding in this. We are not able to upload banners according to our need.
so want to know how to change to a better wordpress theme. Kindly help -

Your sites are not hosted by us (WordPress.com). They are using the open-source WordPress software and they’re both hosted by Bluehost.
