Uploading old website content

  Hello,
  I have a wordpress site with a domain from Bluehost which I am giving up this month. I have downloaded the website’s content and wish tor re-upload it on a free version of a website. I have the content saved in a zip file and am trying to find the file manager on my new free website so I can upload it. Can you help me find it? Thanks.
