Uploading PDF Documents

  I have a free WordPress.com blog and my blog is all about Mentalism, etc.. and I was wondering, if I were to create a PDF document would I be able to upload the file onto the blog for my visitors to click on it? Or would I have to upload it to another site and then link to it?
