Uploading PDF Files

  Formerly (using SiteGround) I created posts by simply uploading PDF files using the PDF Embedder plug in. Now I want to do the same thing, this time planning to use the Classic Editor plugin. Before, I used the Dashboard and the Add Post option. How do I do it now? I don’t know how to add a new post.

  Also, the File Block allows you to drop a download link to document files right in your website, please follow the steps given in the below link:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/file-block/
