  Hey, trying to upload a pdf to my media so I can create a download link but it keeps saying error and when I try it on the app, the option to upload a document isnt even available, thanks.

  Please share your site URL?

  If your site is hosted on WordPress.com, you can embed a PDF document file onto any page or post of your website. please follow the steps given in the below link for the same:
  https://wordpress.com/support/embedding-a-pdf-file/

  Also, the File Block allows you to drop a download link to document files right in your website, please follow the steps given in the below link:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/file-block/

  Please help me understand how to create a page for visitors to be able to upload their contribution in form of PDF or any other file. I need a page with a form (specifying particulars of the visitor) and file upload option and a submit button.
