Uploading personal theme

  I want to upload a theme that isn’t part of the wordpress collection, which seems to be easy to do on previous versions of wordpress, but doesn’t seem to be available of the newest version! is there still a way I can do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
