  I keep getting the message i/o error when I try to upload photos. What is happening?

  First of all, make sure your flash player is updated. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

  If it still doesn’t work, try the browser uploader instead.

  If that doesn’t work, try in a different browser than the one you are using.
