Uploading Photos

  I have only been able to get a few random photos to load to WordPress. I have tried changing permissions, uninstalling and reinstalling plugins one at a time, etc. Nothing is working. I have gotten several different error messages. Right now is telling me that the image has an empty alt attribute. I’m ready to pull my hair out.
