  I’ve been trying all day to post a new blog post and when I go to add a photo on the draft and upload a photo (one I took with my camera, a .jpeg) it says sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons. IF I go to image gallery and upload from there, i get an error occurred message. I’m so confused and frustrated!

  Hi there,

  Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. This is an issue with a specific site on your account? Or something you are having difficulties with in more than one of your sites?

  Hi there,

  Did you just update the nameservers for http://globetrottermom.com/? I ask because the domain is hosted with Go Daddy and the nameservers are pointing to Go Daddy: https://whois.domaintools.com/globetrottermom.com

  However, the domain directs to your site https://globetrottermom.wordpress.com/ when you visit it. It can be a few things – either you have just updated your nameservers and the domain has not propagated yet or you have a redirect on your domain over at Go Daddy. I’m not sure if this is related to the issue you are having, but it could be and it definitely stood out as unusual.

  Let me know if you have made any recent changes to your domain and we can proceed from there.
